Now I am doing a series of corals, I started to study them. I went to a reef that I saw in Yucatan once while diving and I couldn't find it and it was gone. I thought that we had harmed nature and that the reef no longer existed. Later, I was greatly reassured to learn that the reef had migrated because the water where it was had warmed up so much that it sought cooler water that was compatible with its nature. I want people to see what a coral looks like, its beauty and structure, because not everyone has the opportunity to dive or go into seawater. So I am studying the corals and I want to make them in sculpture so that more people can appreciate them.
